We have perused the file and find that primary grievance of petitioner is that his representation dated 28.04.2026, has not been considered in respect to protection of Government/public land, irrigation canal, murugu kaluva, canal bund, embankment, and allied public land in Avanigadda Village, Krishna District, and not taking action against encroachment, obstruction and pollution caused thereon by respondent Nos.8 to 10.

Learned counsel for respondents has referred to communication, dated 14.10.2025 from the Tahsildar, Avanigadda, to the Chairman, Mandal Legal Services Authority, whereby it is mentioned that petitioner is also one of the encroachers of the land mentioned therein.

Be that as it may, in the given facts and circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition while directing competent authority to consider representation, dated 28.04.2026, filed by petitioner, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned, expeditiously and definitely within three months, by passing a speaking order. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
