By this application, the applicant is seeking the condonation of 1155 days in filing the application for restoration. 2. It is stated that after filing of the appeal before this court, due to inadvertent mistake on the part of the appellant, the office objections were not removed within the time specified by the Registrar (Judicial) in his order dated 20.12.2022. Consequently, the registration of the appeal was refused by the Registrar (Judicial) as the order dated 20.12.2022 was conditional one. 3. In view of the refusal of the registration and notices were not issue in the matter, in my considered opinion, the notices to the respondents are not necessary in the matter. 4. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 1155 days caused in filing the application for restoration is hereby condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- to 2 82 CAO 398.26.odt be deposited in the ‘Public Welfare Account’ bearing No.129712010001014, IFSC Code No.UBIN0812978 with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur, within a period of one week. 5.
