Merab, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that there is a delay of 305 days in filing the appeal with regard to conviction the applicant under Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Page No.# 2/2 Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that she has got no objection to the delay being condoned. On considering the grounds for the delay, we find that sufficient cause for the delay has been made out, besides the no objection submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
