Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, Mr. Devendra Singh, learned AGAs, for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Dharmendra Singh, who has been accused in FIR No.97 of 2026, dated 02.03.2026, under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun. 4. As per the prosecution story that on 01-03-2026 at about 07.30 PM, the driver of the dumper vehicle crushed a 16 year old son, Shivanshu, of the informant, in a rash and negligent manner. The boy died in the accident. After the incident, the vehicle driver fled the scene along with the vehicle. 5. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has falsely been implicated in the present matter, and the Applicant is languishing in jail since 03.03.2026. He further submits that the Applicant has no previous criminal history. 6. The bail application of the Applicant has been vehemently opposed by the learned State Counsel. 7. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the Applicant has made out a case for bail. 8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. It is directed that the Applicant - Dharmendra Singh, who has been accused in FIR No.97 of 2026, dated 02.03.2026, under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun, be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond with two reliable sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.
