The present second appeal is pending before this Court and once NOC was taken by the appellants, it was incumbent upon them to make alternative arrangement either by way of appointing the new counsel or appear in person. However, they have not made any arrangement in spite of taking of the NOC from the office of learned counsel, Mr. Arbind Kumar. 3. In that view of the matter, it appears that the appellants have lost their interests in the present second appeal. Accordingly, this second appeal is dismissed. Pending I.A., if any, stands closed.
