ORDER This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.06.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the proposed accused person, who has illegally sold the property belong's to the petitioner. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that current paper enquiry is pending on the petitioner's representation.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the second respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
WP CRL.(MD). No.4012 of 2026 summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
