ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the Respondents to enable the Petitioner to carryout the recreational activities in pursuance of the order in WP No.103841/2014 (GM-Police) Vide Annexure-B; b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the Respondents No.2 to 4 not to

remove the CCTV cameras along with dvrs installed in the premises of the Petitioner Club vide Annexure-F; c) Pass such other orders or directions as this Hon’ble Court deems just and proper to meet the ends of justice and equity.”
2. It is stated that the petitioner had approached this Court in WP No.103841/2014, which came to be disposed of by order dated 19.03.2014 and several directions were issued to the respondents. In spite of the same, the respondents are not adhering to the said order and they are interfering with the petitioner's business. It is stated that the petitioner has installed the CCTV cameras inside and outside the petitioner’s premises.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if the respondents require the CCTV footage or interfere with any of the electronic gadgets that are installed in the petitioner's premises, there is a procedure for the same. It is submitted that whenever the new officer comes, in spite of an order passed by this Court, they are again insisting for an order.

Learned AGA appearing for the respondents submits that as per the guidelines issued by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, they are strictly following the same and they will adhere to the orders passed by this Court. Learned AGA denies the submission made by the petitioner that they are forcibly entering the premises and removing the CCTV footage, cameras and the recordings.
5. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents, perused the entire material on record. As far as the first prayer that is sought by the petitioner is concerned, i.e., to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents to enable the petitioner to carry-out the recreational activities in pursuance of
order in WP.No.103841/2014 dated 19.03.2014 is concerned, this Court cannot pass such an order as already there is an order passed by this Court and for compliance of that order, another
order cannot be passed. As far as the second prayer is concerned, the respondents cannot forcibly remove the CCTV Cameras along with the DVRs installed in the premises of the

petitioner without following the due procedure. Hence, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to adhere to the order passed in WP.No.103841/2014 dated 19.03.2014. ii. Without following the procedure, the respondents cannot remove the CCTV cameras along with DVRs installed in the premises of the petitioner. iii. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
