The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Baghmara P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 317(5), 303(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 21 of MMDR Act pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have earlier moved before this Court in A.B.A. No.6632 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file regular bail application. She submits that the second anticipatory bail application has been filed on the fresh ground. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that earlier anticipatory bail application was already dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file regular bail application and there is no fresh ground. What has been stated in the petition, those grounds were already present when the first anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Considering that earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was dismissed as withdrawn and in spite of filing regular bail application, second anticipatory bail application has been filed and no new ground has been mentioned in the second anticipatory bail application and in that view of the matter, instant anticipatory bail application is rejected.
