The petitioner No.1 the Management, who runs the petitioner No.2 School has approached this Court with a limited prayer for directing the respondent No.3-Education Officer, Secondary, ZP Yavatmnal to decide the proposal submitted by the petitioners for revision of staffing pattern and sanction the additional teaching posts in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 15.03.2024 and 19.09.2024. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid proposal was submitted on 13.04.2026, which is at record page 37 annexure V. The petitioners have also submitted various reminder letters to the respondent no.3, however, till date, such request of the petitioners is not yet decided. Considering the fact that the aforesaid proposal is pertaining to the sanctioning of the additional teachers, considering the strength of the students and the new academic session is about to commence, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent no.3 to decide the aforesaid proposal dated 13.04.2026 submitted by the petitioners within a stipulated period of two weeks from the date of production of order of this Court on its own merits and in accordance with the law.
