JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 30-03-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 316 of 2009 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the brother-in-law (bhaisur) of the deceased. He is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased along with the other co-accused persons. The case is of the year 2009, the anticipatory bail application was rejected in the year 2014, thereafter, the petitioner has surrendered on 04.07.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. 5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8506 of 2026(3) dt.30-03-2026 2/2 for bail. 6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an absconder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. 7.
