The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raidih PS Case No.69 of 2025, for offence registered under section 317(2), 3(5), BNS, 2023, and section 12(1) of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Slaughter Act, 2005 and Section 11(1)(d)(f) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, 1960, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gumla. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be owner of pick up van and the allegations are made of carrying bovine animals on the said pick up van. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.15 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that illegally bovine animals were being carried on the said vehicle. 5. Considering that the petitioner is the owner of the said pick up van and he has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
