The learned Government Advocate (crl.) submitted that only on receiving secret information from intelligence, the petitioner is required to appear before the respondent police for an enquiry pertaining to allegations of immoral trafficking. In this regard, an enquiry is pending. 3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 4. Considering the serious nature of the information received, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation by producing all the available CCTV footages to prove his innocence.
