The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting suspension of sentence, had directed the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni. He further submitted that the sureties hail from a poor financial background. However, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, is insisting the property document. Hence, he would seeks for modification of the bond amount. 3. Considering the said submission, we modify condition No.(i) finds place in paragraph 10 of the order dated 23.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P(MD)No. 1102 of 2026 as follows: (i) The petitioner is directed to to enlarged on bail on executing a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni.
