The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's Original sale deed in Document No. 8929 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 was misplaced and lost, for which the petitioner had given a complaint on 22.04.2026. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Director General of Police had already issued Circular Memorandum, dated 01.04.2022 in this regard with respect to issuance of NOC, where the applicants have to produce certain documents. On such production of the documents, the respondent police will take necessary steps. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record. 5. The petitioner has given a complaint for issuance of NOC on 22.04.2026.
