The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Palojari PS Case No.11 of 2025, for offence registered under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 132, 115(2), 221, 292, 109, 125(a), 125(b), 285 and 121(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, at Madhupur, District Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that the petitioner is the member of unlawful assembly in which agitation was going on pursuant to a road accident in which one person has left for his heavenly abode. He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.16 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner is a member of unlawful assembly. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that allegations are there that 100 to 150 persons were agitating pursuant to a road accident in which one person has left for his heavenly abode and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
