The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case is presently under investigation by the District Crime Branch. 3. The case is presently under investigation by the District Crime Branch. The petitioner seeks modification of the bail condition requiring him to appear before the investigating officer by permitting him to appear before the local police station instead. Since the investigation is being conducted by the District Crime Branch and the local police have no role in the investigation of the present case, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition as sought for by the petitioner. 4.
