2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. It is not in dispute that the respondent has already deposited the entire award amount before the Commissioner and that the petitioner is now seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent.
4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) available with the Joint Commissioner of Labour, Madurai, on filing necessary application before the Commissioner.
