No.7249 of 2026 ORDER This petition is filed to implead the petitioner as 7th respondent in the above Second Appeal. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the pendente lite purchaser and, hence, seeks to implead himself as the seventh respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the first respondent has raised objections, stating that the petitioner was not a party to the proceedings and that he is not entitled to implead himself in the second appeal proceedings, as he is not a necessary party to the proceedings. 4.In view of the above, since the petitioner is a pendente lite purchaser and has purchased the entire property, which is the subject matter of the dispute, and also to avoid further complications, without prejudice to the objection raised on the side of the first respondent, this Court is inclined to allow this application. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP(MD).
