Subsequently, on account of the petitioner's failure to comply with the conditions imposed in the said order, the anticipatory bail was cancelled by the learned Sessions Judge in Cr.M.P.No.1944 of 2026 in Cr.M.P.No.353 of 2026 dated 08.07.2026. 2. Once an order granting anticipatory bail has been cancelled on the ground of violation of the conditions imposed therein, it is not open to the petitioner to maintain a fresh petition seeking anticipatory bail before this Court. The proper course available to the petitioner is to challenge the order cancelling the anticipatory bail, if legally sustainable grounds are available. 3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable.
