Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration for admission, Mr.M.Dinesh Hari Sudarsan, learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu, who takes notice for the respondents, brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has already filed a revision petition before the second respondent and the same was rejected by the second respondent vide proceedings bearing Rc.No.10852194-1/AP.3(1)/2025, dated 28.08.2025 and a copy of the same is also placed before this Court, while serving the same on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner taken note of the said proceedings and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Government and made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. 4. In view of the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
