ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS and Section 21(4) of MMDR Act, in Crime No.247 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14662 of 2026 seeks anticipatory bail. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.11.2025, the petitioner joining hands with other accused attempted to transport the sand illegally using the Tractor and Trailer without proper license. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he was falsely implicated in this case and he is in no way connected in the above said incident. He has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner is ready to co-operate with the investigation. The petitioner's earlier application seeking anticipatory bail was considered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21323 of 2025 and anticipatory bail was granted on 25.11.2025 with certain conditions. By the above said order, the petitioner was directed deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- as non refundable deposit. Since, the petitioner's health condition is poor, he is unable to mobilise the fund to deposit the money. Hence, he is not able to comply the above condition at that time. Now he is ready to comply the above said condition. Hence, he prays to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner. 4. Filing fresh application is not proper. Now the petitioner is ready to comply the condition. Hence, time for deposit of money and execution of sureties, as directed earlier, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of order made ready.
