It is further brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent/review petitioner has already released the said amount of Rs. 4,61,676/- in favour of the petitioner for which the petitioner is entitled to in terms of the Provident Fund scheme applicable to the review petitioner Corporation. 3. This Court having verified paragraph No.10 of the counter affidavit is convinced that the contents of paragraph No.10 of the counter 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis affidavit was misconstrued by this Court while passing the said order dated 06.04.2026. In the circumstances, the interim order dated 06.04.2026 shall stand modified as an interim direction, directing the first respondent therein to release the amount of Rs.4,61,676/- in favour of the petitioner for the purpose of performing his daughter's wedding, as expeditiously as possible. 4.
