The petitioner is the complainant in FIR No. 80009212 dated 31.01.2026, registered at Vikas Puri e-Police Station, under Sections 305, 331(3), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [“BNS”], as well as in FIR No. 80019112 dated 03.03.2026, registered at New Ashok Nagar e-Police Station, under Sections 305 and 331(4) of BNS. 2. The reliefs sought in this petition are as follows: “A. Immediate refund of physical sim shared by BSNL(head office Delhi) no issued in Kolkata 8389075599, 972209759 and close the digital sim surrender the sim to Delhi High court by personal appearance of EX CP Vineet Goyal B. Immediately sent the evidence to collect the finger print of the preet property , fatheh property , Riyazz and vickey ,mobile number mentioned in the FIR. C. Immediate stop on salary if any stage it is found that the duplicate sim is available with Sharmistha Goswami,Chandrasekhar Ghosh, Ashok Lahiri working inside BandhanBank & Ranjan Gangopadhay This is a digitally signed order. Compensation of 20 lakhs divided equally among the criminals involved in the crime for the petitioner faced during her stay in two accommodation. E. The lawful custody of the criminals in both Nilothi extn / Viaks puri and New Ashok nagar thana. F. Establishment of Rent tribunals court under Delhi high court direct guidance and observation and backlist those accommodation owner who directly involved in theft of tenant's accommodation by making duplicate keys and this tribunals should enable to take independent and faster decision along with respective police thana. G. Pass such other or further order/ orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.” 3. The petitioner’s grievances are principally against her landlords in two different properties which she had taken on rent. Two FIRs have been registered in this regard at her instance, being: a) FIR No. 80009212 dated 31.01.2026, registered at Vikas Puri e- Police Station, under Sections 305, 331(3), and 3(5) of BNS; and b) FIR No. 80019112 dated 03.03.2026, registered at New Ashok Nagar e-Police Station, under Sections 305 and 331(4) of BNS. 4. Despite the multifarious reliefs sought by the petitioner, who appears in person, it appears from her arguments that she contends that the said FIRs are not being properly investigated, and that her attempts to meet the Investigating Officer have been unsuccessful. She further submits, with reference to prayer (B) above, that she is in possession of certain forensic materials which are required to be tested in connection with the said FIRs. 5. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, who appears on advance notice, submits that the concerned Investigating Officer at Police Station Vikas Puri will meet the petitioner This is a digitally signed order. These dates and times have been fixed in accordance with the petitioner’s convenience. The petitioner may produce any material before the Investigating Officer, and Mr. Bhandari further states that the Investigating Officer shall proceed in accordance with law, including taking such material into custody for the purpose of forensic examination, if required. 6. It is also made clear that, in the event the petitioner seeks any further investigation, she may communicate the same in writing to the concerned Station House Officer and, thereafter, approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. 7. In my view, the other prayers sought in the writ petition, do not arise for consideration at this stage, when the FIRs are still under investigation. 8.
