The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has has made a representation dated 15.05.2026 seeking appropriate action against the persons, who are responsible for damaging his agricultural land. Since there was no progress on the same, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the enquiry is pending. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 5.
