The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, on receipt of the complaint lodged by one Sumathi, the third respondent has been continuously harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.07.2026 seeking appropriate protection and relief. As no effective action was taken on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief. 3.
