In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Vellore, is directed to dispose of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after conducting a due enquiry by issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
