Gautam Sharma, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner and submitted that the present writ petition has been filed with a prayer, inter alia, for a direction to the respondents to transfer the investigation of FIR No. 11(03)2025 MRG-PS from Moirang Police Station to another Police Station, either Imphal East or Imphal West. The learned counsel further submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Superintendent of Police, Bishnupur District, had issued an order dated 12-12-2025 ordering for investigation of the said FIR case by another MPS Officer and as such, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner has got the relief sought for in this writ petition. The learned counsel, accordingly, prays for closing this writ petition as infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present writ petition is hereby closed as infructuous.
