Vijayaditya Reddy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. N. Sahithi Aparna, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Ms. D. Nagachandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning, Sri S. Vijaya Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporations and Sri B. Ramesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Sri B. Ramesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instructions along with certain correspondence furnished by the District Collector, Guntur, dated 08.04.2026. Copy of the same are also furnished to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same are taken on record. 3. It transpires from the Written Instruction that the amount claimed by the Writ Petitioner is admitted. 4. In this view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to all the Respondents, including the Respondent Nos.2 & 3 to complete the entire administrative process, both Inter- departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual cooperation and coordinaton, within a period of four weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within three weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the competent authority within three weeks from today for effecting such transfer. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 6.
