Since the order of this Court is the subject matter of appeal, the present contempt petition cannot proceed with parallelly, pending adjudication of the Writ Appeal. 3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose will be served by keeping this contempt petition, pending adjudication of the said Writ Appeal. 5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
