No.204 of 2025 dated 27.02.2026. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) by producing the e-courts adjudication entry would submit that the accused is present before the Court below, which shows the NBW has already been recalled. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side), the prayer made in this petition has become infructuous and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 23-07-2026 JER To 1.
