Side) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 19578 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner “that the petitioners shall stay at Thalaivasal and appear and sign before the Thalaivasal Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for 30 days and thereafter, shall appear on summons” in the order dated 24.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1560 of 2026. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that condition imposed on the petitioners has been regularly complied with for a period 17 days. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 15 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.
