ORDER This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to initiate criminal proceedings against the fourth respondent under Section 164 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the
learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
