(Presently Confined At Central Jail, Sewar, Bharatpur). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp [2026:RJ-JP:12487] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-416/2026] ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Yogesh Singhal Mr. Kapil Gupta, Mr. Sushil Yadav Ms. Neetu Singh for Mr. Ved Prakash Sogarwal Mr. Rajendra Singh Raghav For Respondent(s) : Mr. Jaiprakash Tiwari, PP Mr. Navankur Dubey HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 25/03/2026 1. The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.764/2025 registered at Police Station Mathuragate, District Bharatpur for offences under Sections 119(1), 333, 189(2), 351(2), 351(3), 115(2), 126(2) and 303(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Since all these bail applications arise out of common FIR, hence, they are being decided by this common order. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases. They further submit that the names of the petitioners have not been mentioned in the FIR and no specific overt act has been attributed to them. It is also submitted that no recovery has been effected from any of the petitioners. Further, none of the injuries are on any vital part of the body and there is no medical opinion by which it can be inferred that the alleged injuries are dangerous to life. [2026:RJ-JP:12487] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-416/2026] The petitioners are behind the bars since 12.12.2025 though two cases have been reported against petitioner- Ramvir and one case against Dinesh but in those cases they are bailed out. Charge- sheet has already been filed. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody and consequently, the bail application deserves to be allowed. 5. Learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 7. Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Dinesh Singh S/o Satto Singh, Ramveer Singh S/o Banay Singh, Satish @ Ramratan S/o Ramphal and Ajeet S/o Bachhu Singh, be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that each of them shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
