ORDER This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner’s complaint dated 17.04.2026, pending in CSR No.171 of 2026.
2. On instructions, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the third respondent issued CSR No.171 of 2026 to the petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry.
3. In view of the above, third respondent is directed to dispose of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 8 herein, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands
