ORDER (Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) Petitioner is the wife of life convict K.Senthilkumar detained in Central Prison, Vellore. She has made a representation dated 21.07.2026 before the authorities for grant of 12 days emergency leave without escort to her husband, for the reason that they have to raise funds to pay her college fees for Ph.D. research for academic year 2026-27 and other exigencies, as permitted under the Tamil Nadu Suspense of Sentence Rules, 1982. 2.The representation is admittedly pending and Mr.C.R.Malarvannan,
learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) for the respondents assures the Court that the same will be disposed expeditiously. There is a direction to R4 to dispose the representation dated 21.07.2026 in line __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
