The petitioner, who is the plaintiff in the suit, seeks for early disposal of the suit O.S.No.5276 of 2019, pending on the file of XXI Additional City Civil Court at Allikulam, Chennai. 2. The suit is posted for framing additional issues by the trial court. The suit has been filed in the year 2019, and it has been filed for partition, permanent injunction and for declaration. 3. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this Court, after giving due consideration to the year of the suit and the present status of the suit, directs the XXI Additional City Civil Court, Allikulam, Chennai, to dispose of the suit O.S.No.5276 of 2019 after framing additional issues and after conducting trial, within a period of ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
