The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "It is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and further be pleased to quash/set- aside the impugned FIR bearing Crime No. 240/2025 (Annexure P/1), registered at Police Station Purani Bhilai, District Durg (C.G.) under Section 138, 296, 351(2), 3(5), 115(2) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and further investigation and proceedings only in relation to the present petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Mr. Achyut Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition as the investigation in the case has been completed and the charge-sheet has been filed. 4. Learned counsel for the respective respondents has no objection. 5.
