Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed, as prayed for. 4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title in Crl.R.C.No.210 of 2026 and Crl.M.P.No.1465 of 2026. 5.Issue notice to the impleaded 2nd respondent through RPAD. Private mode of service is also permitted. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall take steps of service within one week from today. 6.The impleaded 2nd respondent is granted four weeks' time to file the counter-affidavit in this matter after service of notice.
