Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.135 of 2025 under Section 316(5), 318(4), 61(2) of BNS 2023, P.S. Kotwali Manglaur, District Haridwar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is languishing in jail since 25.04.2025 and no ground of arrest was provided to him. He submits that co-accused Shivani Saini, who is wife of the applicant has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.05.2025 in the similar offence and on the ground of parity applicant is also entitled to be released on bail. 5. Learned State counsel has vehemently opposed the bail application. 6. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that co-accused has been granted bail in similar offence, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Pranav Saini be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned. 8.
