Considering the nature of the relief sought for in this petition, this petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, without ordering notice to the respondent. 3. It is seen that the matter has been pending from the year 2022. It is also seen that both parties have already filed their respective affidavits of assets and the matter is stated to be pending at the stage of enquiry. There appears to be no other impediment for the disposal of M.C.No.165 of 2022. 4. In view thereof, the learned III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai, is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders in M.C. No.165 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order. The learned III Additional Principal Family Court shall afford hearing on closely spaced dates and shall endeavour to complete the enquiry at the earliest. 5.
