The prayer in this Criminal Original Petition is to direct the respondent to comply with the order dated 18.11.2025 passed by the learned XI Metropolitna Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.11349 of 2025. 2. Upon hearing the learned counsel on either side, it can be seen that the petitioner is a victim of a digital fraud and as per the order of the learned Magistrate, he is entitled for a total sum of Rs.4,64,180/-. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the amount has been ordered to be paid out to the victim by the learned Magistrate by considering the amounts lying in three bank accounts. Out of the same, from Bank of Baroda Account No. 04410200003096, a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has been paid out to the petitioner, however when it came to the other two bank accounts in Bandhan Bank and in Bank of Baroda, Nainital, the amount has already been paid out to some other victim and due to non availability of the amount, the petitioner is not paid. In view thereof, giving liberty to the respondent to pay to the petitioner as and when any further amount is freezed or coming in any one of the bank account of the accused to the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition accordingly stands ordered. 27-07-2026 Neutral Citation: Yes/No RPP https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 20089 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 To 1.
