This is an application filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for stay of further proceeding of PRC No. 602/2025 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jorhat. Mr. Sarma has prayed for calling of the scanned copy of the TCR and has raised objection against the prayer for stay made by the applicant. I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel for both the sides. Considering entire aspect of the matter, till disposal of the connected Criminal Petition No. 1400/2023, further proceeding of PRC No. 602/2025 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jorhat shall remain stayed.
