Raghu Babu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.3/AP Samagra Siksha. 2. This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.27,69,455/- which is due to the petitioner on account of the works executed i.e., ‘Providing Additional Infrastructure to ZPGHS Buchi’, vide Agreement No. -- /2020-21 dated 24-07-2020. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.3/AP Samagra Siksha has placed before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.27,69,455/- towards the net amount due for settlement of work-done bill. The said amount has already been sanctioned and the Fund Transfer Order (FTO) has been generated the payable amount based on the measurements recorded in M.Book No.156/BSSA/2021 and 110/A2/SSA/2021 for making payment. However, the payment is stated to be pending at the Treasury level. 4. Having regard to the above, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondents to release the 4 amounts that are due to the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
