The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite party no.2 for his wilful and deliberate violation of the order dated 30th September, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.5322 of 2024. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the contents of the show cause affidavit dated 22nd April, 2025 filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2, this Court is of the view that the order dated 30th September, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.5322 of 2024 has substantially been complied by the opposite party no.2. Hence, there is no need to further proceed in the matter. 3. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no.2 is hereby dropped. 4. The present contempt case stands disposed of.
