Learned Central Government Standing Counsel for first respondent would submit that they would consider petitioner’s application in file number MA4075950265525 dated 19.11.2025 and representation dated 09.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders, keeping in view the stage of criminal proceedings, in accordance with GSR No.570 (E) dated 25.08.1993 and the judgment of the Full Bench of the Madurai Bench of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.26547 of 2025 dated 09.02.2026, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner. 3. In view thereof, first respondent shall consider petitioner’s application in file number MA4075950265525 dated 19.11.2025 and representation dated 09.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders, keeping in view the stage of criminal proceedings, in accordance with GSR No.570 (E) dated 25.08.1993 and the judgment of the Full Bench of the Madurai Bench of this Court made in W.P.
