(Oral) Petitioner has impugned the order No.564/ Suspension/Basic-2/2025-26 dated 09.02.2026, passed by respondent No.4-District Education Officer, Udham Singh Nagar, whereby, the petitioner was placed under suspension in contemplation of an inquiry. 2. From perusal of the suspension order, it is reflected that disciplinary proceeding has been contemplated against the petitioner and she was placed under suspension for the reason that she got public appointment as Assistant Teacher, Primary School by producing a forged Uttarakhand TET-I 2023 mark-sheet bearing Roll No.1232003070. 3. Since the charges are very serious against the petitioner, wherein, the public employment has allegedly been procured by petitioner by producing her forged document of UTET-I 2023 mark-sheet, which is an essential qualification for appointment as Assistant Teacher Primary School, therefore, this 2026:UHC:3573 2 court is not inclined to interfere in this matter at this stage. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of, with observation that since the disciplinary inquiry is contemplated against the petitioner, respondents are directed to initiate and complete the disciplinary proceedings within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that if disciplinary proceedings are not concluded within three months, the impugned suspension order passed against petitioner shall stand revoked. 5.
