The petitioners seek for early disposal of the suit O.S. No. 1277 of 2022 pending on the file of the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore. 3. The petitioners are the defendants 1 and 2 in the suit O.S. No. 1277 of 2022 pending on the file of the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore. The said suit has been filed by the respondents 1 to 3 for partition and declaration. 4. According to the petitioners, the proceedings before the trial Court in the suit are repeatedly getting adjourned. No. 1277 of 2022 after framing of issues and after conducting trial, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court. 8. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of.
