The instant Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to call for the records relating to the Surcharge Order passed by the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.824/2023-C, dated 29.05.2025, and to quash and set aside the same. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the earlier Division Bench 3 Judgment rendered by this Court in W.A.Nos.915, 917, 918, 919, 920 and 921 of 2024, dated 23.04.2026. 4. Following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is disposed of, in terms of the observations and directions contained therein. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. The Registry is directed to append a copy of the order passed by this Court in W.A.Nos.915, 917, 918, 919, 920 and 921 of 2024, dated 23.04.2026, to this order.
