When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the earlier Division Bench 3 Judgment rendered by this Court in W.A.Nos.915, 917, 918, 919, 920 and 921 of 2024, dated 23.04.2026. 4. Following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is disposed of, in terms of the observations and directions contained therein. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
