Mr. Mow, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had already challenged the consequential actions, namely, the physical test result and written examination but due to inadvertence/ Bonafide mistake, the notice dated 08.06.2024 was not specifically impugned in WP (C) 439 (AP) 2025. Although, the notice is already annexed and averment made in the writ petition but the notice dated 08.06.2024 was Page No.# 16/16 inadvertently missed to put in the prayer-a. 3. By filing this application, the applicant prays for amending the prayer No. (A) of the WP (C) 439 (AP) 2025 by including the aforesaid notice dated 08.06.2024 issued by the respondent No. 4. 4. The prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel for the parties is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the applicant is allowed to amend the prayer-a by incorporating the notice dated 08.06.2024 issued by the respondent No. 4 in the connected writ petition being WP (C) 439 (AP) 2025.
