Petitioner’s father was working as Pradhan Sahayak with respondent No. 4 Regional Manager (Garhwal Region), Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation, Kotdwar District Pauri Garhwal. Father of the petitioner retired on superannuation on 31.05.2020. Petitioner’s father died on 12.10.2022, while mother of the petitioner had predeceased her husband on 08.11.2017. 3. In the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the audit report dated 05.02.2019, annexure-2 to the writ petition, as well as the consequential circular dated 14.02.2019, annexure-3 to the writ petition and the decision dated 27.05.2019, annexure-4 to the writ petition, whereby excess payment made to the father of the petitioner was directed to be recovered. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the controversy in the present 2026:UHC:3663 writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 12.02.2025, passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (SS) No. 446 of 2020, Lalit Chandra Tiwari and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and connected matters. This writ petition can also be decided in terms of the aforesaid judgment. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the main contesting party i.e. Uttarakhand Forest Development Corporation also does not dispute the said fact and ratifies the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 12.02.2025, passed in WPSS No. 446 of 2020, Lalit Chandra Tiwari and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others, (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 13.05.2026 Mahinder/
